Engineered with a full vertically-integrated design and built with the next-generation Sandisk TLC 3D NAND, the SANDISK PC SN7100S NVMe™ SSD combines a new level of TLC performance and power efficiency for DRAM-less client SSDs providing sequential read and write speeds up to 7,250 MB/s2 and 6,900 MB/s,2 and random read and write speeds up to 1M IOPS and 1.4M IOPS (1,024GB-2,048GB1 models). Capacities are available in 256GB,1 512GB,1 1,024GB,1 and 2,048GB1 in M.2 2280 and M.2 2230 form factors to accommodate a range of system designs.
