Featuring a Full HD 1920 x 1080 7.4-inch OLED display panel, the HDVF-EL780 viewfinder is ideal for 4K/HD live productions when used in conjunction with Sony studio system cameras. A new digital interface supports 1080p direct signal transfers from the latest HDC studio camera, HDC-5000 while the viewfinder also retains a traditional analogue interface for compatibility with other cameras. The new viewfinder mechanism offers a wider up-and-down movement range. Further operational advantages include convenient display of camera head menus and control of camera functions via six assignable switches on the viewfinder for bespoke setups. By this new panel device adoption, the HDVF product body size becomes thinner.
